I called Luke after being referred to him by a former competitor that moved out of the area. I asked Luke if he could come out to clean the solar panels at my house in Whittier and to the San Gabriel Valley to do my parents home, he said not a problem. Luke came out as promised. He did a great job showing me photos of before and after. At Luke’s suggestion I checked the app on my phone and the energy output increased significantly at my house. I couldn’t check my parent’s home as they didn’t have an app for their panels. I highly recommend Luke.

Very professional, timely, hard working, friendly, prompt response, good price, and honest! We had our entire back yard, patio furniture, all windows inside and out, solar panels, front driveway all cleaned. It looks amazing! Very satisfied and will use again when needed. Definitely recommend!
Luke did a great job cleaning my house windows and solar panels. I noticed a drop in kwh production, so I knew it was time to get them cleaned. When Luke was done, I noticed my production jumped up 7 kwh and were producing just like they were when they got installed. Thanks again!
My home owners insurance sent a cancellation notice due to mold and algae on my childhood home and garage roofs, that was apparently discovered by the company’s use of drones. Although, I emailed requests to several companies for quotes, only Luke from Mode Pressure Washing replied. Given a Saturday appointment, I received another call , informing me, that he would be able to come a day earlier. He arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Before and after photos were taken for me to forward to my insurance company. Luke was extremely friendly and courteous. His love of his job was apparent through his enthusiasm and love for the work he performed . Thank you for your timely response and great job!
Had Mode Pressure Washing come out to clean the full front and backyard concrete. Luke came out and did a great job. Even cleaned some of our stone. We will definitely have them come out again. Would definitely recommend!

These guys do such an incredible job! We had some tough dirty spots in front of my store that needed to be pressure washed and it looks amazing now! They even threw in a window cleaning too. 🙌

Luke and his team cleaned my roof in a timely manner and even made sure that everything that was washed onto to ground was cleaned. He even made sure all the gutters were cleared. I received a letter of cancellation from my insurance company due to algae build up on my roof. I contacted a few companies before deciding to go with Luke due to his professionalism and knowledge in regards to this cancellation letter as well of previous great work he was able showcase ! After Luke washed my roof it looks brand new and my insurance company will not be canceling me! Luke provided great before and after pictures that i was able to submit to my insurance company

Great experience with Luke from Mode Pressure Washing. He was super quick in getting back to us with a fair quote and was able to quickly fit us in his schedule. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. He is more than a pressure washer, it was a professional steam cleaner, like what they would use on your carpets. Sent us a bunch of before and after pictures and videos as well! We need to do this more often now that we know how easy it is to work with Luke!

This service totally worth it and pays for itself. I wasn’t really sure of the true benefit of clean panels was, so I was anxious to do a before/after comparison using my solar app. Both days measured were perfect clear so it’s a real same/same scenario. Here’s my results: August 18 energy produced: 67.5 kWh (the day before cleaned) August 20 energy produced: 81.9 kWh (the day after cleaned) So +14.4 kWh, or +21.3% after cleaning. In my case, that’s works out to about $5 a day, meaning I will recoup the cost of the service in about 39 days. That’s a win/win in my book.

Our pool deck is 1000 sq. ft. of white pavers - shows all the dirt and stains. This winter’s rains left black something in most joints - ugh! Luke too it on. On time, ready-to-go gut. He unloaded the most powerful power washer I’ve ever seen. It had a fabulous whirling 15” circular spray head. Did a fabulous job - and without removing the joint fillers that always came out when I did them with my dinky washer. My pavers sparkle. Planning to book Mode and Luke every year just before the pool season.

Found Luke highly recommended from a local Orange County group on Facebook. He was very responsive and answered all my questions about power washing and soft washing my roof as well as rust and oil stains around my property. Luke and his helper did an amazing job and I love the fact these young guys are hungry and willing to work. It's refreshing to see this drive in our younger generation.
