This service totally worth it and pays for itself. I wasn’t really sure of the true benefit of clean panels was, so I was anxious to do a before/after comparison using my solar app. Both days measured were perfect clear so it’s a real same/same scenario. Here’s my results: August 18 energy produced: 67.5 kWh (the day before cleaned) August 20 energy produced: 81.9 kWh (the day after cleaned) So +14.4 kWh, or +21.3% after cleaning. In my case, that’s works out to about $5 a day, meaning I will recoup the cost of the service in about 39 days. That’s a win/win in my book.
Found Luke from Mode Pressure Washing Service on next door. He showed up within the hour, gave me a fair quote and I hired him. He and Will did an awesome job and my concrete on my driveway and in my courtyard hasn't looked this good in years. Definitely recommend him for this crucial summer cleaning project.

Great experience with Luke from Mode Pressure Washing. He was super quick in getting back to us with a fair quote and was able to quickly fit us in his schedule. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. He is more than a pressure washer, it was a professional steam cleaner, like what they would use on your carpets. Sent us a bunch of before and after pictures and videos as well! We need to do this more often now that we know how easy it is to work with Luke!

Found Luke highly recommended from a local Orange County group on Facebook. He was very responsive and answered all my questions about power washing and soft washing my roof as well as rust and oil stains around my property. I called Luke from mode pressure washing to do a couple of my driveways and walkway & entryway, these guys did a very good job. I’m very happy with them. It’s very neat and clean. They were very nice and easy to work with.
Our pool deck is 1000 sq. ft. of white pavers - shows all the dirt and stains. This winter’s rains left black something in most joints - ugh! Luke too it on. On time, ready-to-go gut. He unloaded the most powerful power washer I’ve ever seen. It had a fabulous whirling 15” circular spray head. Did a fabulous job - and without removing the joint fillers that always came out when I did them with my dinky washer. My pavers sparkle. Planning to book Mode and Luke every year just before the pool season.
Hands down one of the best pressure washing services in Orange County.. They were able to remove all the roof algae after 22 years of never being cleaned! Greatly appreciated their professionalism and dedication to making sure the roof tiles, and debris was fully washed off.
